TRACKING THE FAKE PRESS RELEASE GROUP updated on 11/01/18

There is a network of traders that conspire the fake schemes in discord chat rooms and other trader chat groups. They front load the plays then use the fake info to manipulate the stock price dumping their shares during the scheme.

One of the more active groups involved in the recent out of control stock manipulation of penny stocks using fake press releases, fake websites, fake twitter pages, and fake filings is the Carlos Reyes group. Carlos Reyes lives in Florida, but the group he is involved with has some obvious links to Canada.

Carlos Reyes owns three stock related Florida business entities - Stocksprwire LLC, Tradingstockspros LLC, and CBJ Consulting Group Corp as well as Reyes Realty Investments LLC

Carlos and others that are associated with Carlos through discord chat rooms and trading groups have manipulated dozens of tickers using bogus/fake news, fake websites, fake twitter accounts, and even fake SOS filings.

Another active group that was involved in setting up fake reinstatement plays supported by bogus Secretary of State filings, bogus 8K filings, bogus twitter pages, and bogus new websites was the Mark A Miller group. Mark A Miller ran illegal hijacking/stock manipulation schemes on SMEV, BLLB, UITA, ECMH, and possibly others like TRSI, SIMC, and SWVI. Miller can also be found in DIGI and MEDH. Read more about the Mark A MIller group at this link. More recent research shows that Richard Tang is very likely the brains/leader of this group with Mark A Miller working under Tang. Tang has a history of using the same filing agent that Miller used to product bogus SEC filings for SPLM and CSOC. Tang was involved in the illegal hijacking of OILY and recently took over for Miller's puppet CEO at BLLB after Miller was exposed. Other tickers that TANG has recently been involved in include DSUS and YHDT (both using the same filing agent). Another associate of Richard Tang is Ronald Hughes. Hughes shows up with Tang in BLLB, OILY, SPLM, and YHDT. Hughes can also be found in ATAR and AHII.
