Thanks getting info on ECCI now
Looks like somebody was using a fake twitter account followed by a fake press release to pump ECCI back in January and February.
The following page was being used for a fake acquisition of the shell starting on January 18, 2018

Obviously it was meant to impersonate a real company named Elwood International Inc

It is amazing that anybody fell for it since it was obvious the twitter page was set up the same day it did the first fake tweet about purchasing the ECCI shell. Sometimes I think people really aren't that stupid as to believe this stuff they just want to make money so they become accomplices by buying the stock and then helping to pump the obvious scam.
The real Elwood International ended up denying the claims on January 24, 2018
The fake Elwood twitter account promptly stopped tweeting after that
Somebody also put out a fake Tubig Blockchain Limited press release on January 30, 2018 saying that Tubig was purchasing the ECCI shell after over a week of "rumors" about a blockchain deal being passed around by pumpers
On February 3rd Tubig denied the acquistion through their twitter page at https://twitter.com/tubigblockchain (now suspended)
I think that twitter page was suspended because Tubiq turned out to be a scam ICO. The Tubig website has been taken down too.
The Tubig CEO Aidan Wyat also has a twitter page which said the Press Release was fake on February 7, 2018

It looks like some people tried to keep pumping ECCI off the fake news for a few more days after the first Tubig denial. Then the Aidan Wyat denial on February 7th pretty much ended it.
I'm not sure this was the Carlos Reyes group. His group keeps their fake stuff pretty basic compared to what was run on ECCI.
I will definitely add it into the IBOX though
