This entire pump is based on false information taken from the Airtrona International Inc Bloomberg page.

Yahoo feeds its description from its partner site Bloomberg, and all those other links (wallmine.com, etc) use yahoo as their data feeds). It all just comes down to somebody changing the Bloomberg page and the rest was a domino effect.


So who really changed the Bloomberg page?

It looks like the Airtrona International Inc Bloomberg page was changed by some scammer. The scammer wasn't even keen enough to use original information. They copied it from the ABC Motors Company Limited Bloomberg page

So the question is who was the person responsible for fraudulently changing the info on the Bloomberg page to run a pump&dump on ARTR?

And yes I will be contacting Bloomberg to point out the situation.

The Airtrona International Inc Florida entity went defunct in 2013 after not paying its annual taxes for 2 straight years.

The ARTR Nevada business entity got revoked in 2015 after not paying its annual taxes for 2 straight years. In 2016 the resident agent resigned.

When the resident agent resigns that means the owners of the shell no longer care about their public vehicle. The public shell is abandoned.

ARTR has done no OTC disclosures or news since 2014

The ARTR website has gone unchanged since 2013. ARTR has nothing to do with auto part distribution. Airtrona International Inc was in the business of providing top-quality commercial and industrial high-grade Ozone Generators for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential applications.

And Companies do not update their own Bloomberg pages. If ARTR were to update their Bloomberg page why just update the business description and leave officers on it that haven't been involved in ARTR in nearly 10 years? If ARTR wanted the public to know that they sold their subsidiary to ABC Group or whatever then they would do a press release or update their website or update their OTC Markets page.
