Does anyone know the protocol after the audit is complete with Sound Concepts? Wondering if they put out the updated S-1 the same day they announce they move to NASDAQ, or is there a grace period once everything is in place. There's got to be some sort of announcement soon. This is unlike Rory. Stock price tanking bad. I have so many shares but may need to buy more if we see low .20s
