I think it's the cost plus the lack of the API's. They don't want to have to go through the integration again.

I can see that as a good improvement but have a hard time with the idea that the lack of AI is causing companies to not sign up. After all, higher conversions to sales is the main thing that matters once you make the product easy to use.
