Bill Schaefer authored and signed those filings last night.

How can anybody argue that Bill has nothing to do with the GRDO shell when he did all the filings for GRDO that were submitted by George Sharp today.

What makes it worse is that George Sharp bragged about getting Bill Schaefer banned from OTC Markets - causing Schaefer to lose all privileges to be able to file anything with OTC markets ever again.

Does nobody else see the hypocrisy in that? Bill isn't allowed to submit filings to the OTC markets unless of course George (the person that got Bill banned from the OTC) is submitting them for Bill. How ironic. Starts to make some people wonder what role George getting Bill banned from the OTC played in George being able to take over as the new CEO of the GRDO shell and starts to make one wonder what rolls George and Bill are really currently playing.

Of course all that suspicion would have been squashed in an instant if George had done the filings today instead of Bill.

Instead we have filings done today that contain nothing but old recycled garbage from Bill Schaefer and by George's own admission aren't even accurate since they disclose shares that George claimed prior to the filings being authored and uploaded to the OTC markets were issued improperly.

As I stated earlier. It is irresponsible for a CEO to upload filings that they do not consider to be 100% accurate. And it makes it worse when a CEO is uploading those filings for a banned former officer.

Since the filings contained no subsequent events sections for the period between the reporting date and the filing date (which they should have) we get absolutely no information to support what has been getting published in PRs and touted on twitter. That's beyond unfortunate.

I'm just extremely disappointed that after all the weeks of talk about progress in press releases and on twitter, all that shareholders got today was recycled garbage from Bill Schaefer (the most rotten thing to ever happen to this shell which is saying a lot since James Watson, Christopher Davies, Larry Powalisz, and Stephen Carnes were all involved here before Bill Schaefer).

I stand by what I said earlier that I think George Sharp should have taken the time to go over everything from 2016 and 2017 and made sure he believed it was all accurate then authored the filings for those periods himself with his signature on the filings attesting to their accuracy.

At the very least, I think Sharp should have waited to submit anything until he had all the 2018 filings ready to go so they could at least distract people from the fact that Sharp recycled a bunch of old garbage from Schaefer.

I know Sharp uses the word "clean" a lot with the GRDO shell. His goal is to clean up the shell. Well going back and reviewing everything that happened during 2015, 2016, and 2017 and making sure it was all accurate before submitting the information to OTC markets would have gone a long way in backing up that "clean up the shell" statement. If I would have seen Sharp's signature on the filings at least I'd have reason to believe the information in those filings was accurate.

I don't trades stocks so I don't care about the share price. I do care about what really happened between when Bill Schaeffer was running crypto scams through this Issuer and now. I'm still waiting for real answers. So far there has been no real proof that GRDO has moved past being a Bill Schaefer shell outside of PRs and tweets which is very disappointing.

I have no reason to believe that George Sharp is being dishonest about anything. That's not what I'm trying to portray with my post. But George has left a lot of questions unanswered. And I'm still waiting for those answers.

The filings today contained no answers. After today's recycled Bill Schaefer garbage filings, I've lost some confident that the future filings will explain who currently controls the GRDO shell (through control stock ownership) or explain the change of control transaction that took place. I have my doubts they will explain how a change in directors took place without a shareholder vote (which would be needed if there is no controlling shareholder). And I have my doubts they'll explain who owns the preferred stock or what exactly happened with all that accumulated debt that was owed to Bill's long time attorney friend used in all his shells - Vic Devlaeminck.

Yes George Sharp has done a lot of good things for the penny stock world in the past. I've often praised his work and I respect him very much for what he has done. In the end he may prove true to his word with GRDO and I have no problem giving him credit if that happens.

My critique of the filings done today is fueled by my hate of Bill Schaefer and has nothing to do with any feelings towards George Sharp. I would have had the same critique no matter who was the CEO that submitted the filings.

Hopefully the 2018 filings come out soon. And hopefully they have some answers.
