Doesn't matter who authored them. They were submitted today.

If there was a court order requiring Schaefer to produce information for the periods before December 31, 2017 (which I'm not so sure about since I've never heard of a lawsuit filed involving GRDO - only PLFM and CCTL) that's fine. Schaefer hands them over to Sharp then Sharp reviews them to make sure everything is accurate and includes them in today's submissions with his signature.

Just take for example the last GRDO press release where George Sharp said that 150,000,000 shares were issued improperly.

http://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/10/22/1624760/0/en/Guard-Dog-Inc-Repatriates-Over-6-of-Its-Outstanding-Shares-Returns-Them-to-Treasury.html

Obviously that happened before December 31, 2017 but the filings done today make no mention of that.

In fact if the filings submitted today are to be believed then those 150,000,000 shares were not issued improperly. They were issued properly and the filings reflect them being issued properly since those filings were submitted today.

So why is the current CEO submitting inaccurate filings? See my point.

The filings should only contain accurate information (it doesn't matter when they were authored) and its the current CEO's job to make sure everything in them is accurate.

They should also contain a subsequent events section to cover the periods between the reporting date and today.

It doesn't matter how long George has been CEO, he has a responsibility to only publish information that he has reviewed and considers to be 100% accurate. If he wasn't ready to do that then he should have waiting to submit filings through OTC markets.

If the answer is because George Sharp doesn't want to have his name attached to Bill Schaefer's numbers because he doesn't trust them that just reconfirms my point. If Sharp doesn't trust the numbers in the filings then he shouldn't be submitting them through OTC markets. That is very irresponsible of him to submit information that he isn't sure is accurate.

That's my opinion.

I'm not here to critique the progress of the shell. I'm not calling anybody a liar or arguing that things are or are not being done exactly as what is being portrayed in the press releases and tweets. I'm just expressing my disappointment in what was submitted through OTC markets today.
