Let Keith do sales and marketing; pushing him into a COO role and all the responsibility that goes with that role is not a burden I would want to place on BIEL's sales 'guru'.

Breaking a string of 57 straight losing quarters will take sales, and Keith's focus ought to be entirely on having deals ready and in place if/when full FDA clearance is provided. Operations will need to be ready and able to supply product, among a myriad of other critical items. Placing that on top of Keith's current duties is not a good idea - and it wouldn't do a thing to help the PPS, IMO. The PPS would benefit more by teaching Andy how to properly pronounce 'opioid' than it would by slamming Keith with COO duties.

The amount of work is just for starters - doesn't even begin to address the issue as to whether Keith is cut out for a COO role (not many marketing/sales personnel are - yes, a generalization, but a fair one).
