I read the PR of 29 May again.

Median survival of top 100 patients is 40.5 months,
Median survival of all 331 patients is 23.1 months,
Longest survivors have exceeded 7 years

Longest survivors= that means more than one.

At least 2 patients from a first group of 16-17 patients (see enrollment curve M.Bosch) who had their surgery in the years 2007 - 2008 lived at least 84 months.( 7y x 12m = 84 months)

IMO, you can assume that at least 2 or 3 patients of the remaining group of 21-22 “unknown patients”( 38 – 16 or 17) have lived more than 36 months after surgery or are still alive.

So, I used all my tools to analyze the OS curve again.(Sentiment curve)

I agree 100% with the MGMT Methylated curve. I count 56 step downs between 0 and 36 months.

If you look at the OS curve you see number 208 at the last step down at the end of month 35. Sentiment forgot to write number 197 and went from 196 to 198. In reality you have to deduct 1 stepdown and the final total is 207. So, in my opinion there are 207 step downs between 0 and 36 months on the OS curve.

I do not agree with the MGMT Unmethylated curve. I count 5 more step downs. I my opinion there are 121 step downs between 0 and 36 months on the unmethylated curve.

Look at the group step downs 14-15-16 and group 18-19-20-21 and group 22-23-24-25.
They all have the same dimensions. IMO, 1 step down must be added in the group 14-15-16.

Look at the group step downs 27-28-29-30-31 and group 32-33-34-35-36-37 and group 40-41-42-43-44-45.
They all have the same dimensions. IMO, 1 step down must be added in the group 27-28-29-30-31.

Look at the group step downs 48-49-50-51 and group 52-53-54.
They have both the same dimensions. IMO, 1 step down must be added in the group 52-53-54.

Look at the group step downs 55-56-57-58 and group 59-60-61-62-63.
They have both the same dimensions. IMO, 1 step down must be added in the group 55-56-57-58.

Look at the group step downs 64-65 and group 66-67 and group 68-69 and step down 70.
They have all the same dimensions. IMO, 1 step down must be added to step down 70.

Do the calculation:

56 step downs on the MGMT Methylated curve.
121 step downs on the MGMT Unmethylated curve.
207 (total step downs) – 56 – 121 = 30 step downs from the “unknown group”.

30 step downs + 2 censors from the unknown group (censor 4 and censor 46) = total of 32.
IMO, 38 – 32 = 6 patients of the unknown group lived more than 36 months.(after surgery)
6/38=15.8%

Calculation of the other patients:

44-6 =38 patients lived more than 36 months of a group of 144 patients (182-38=144).
38/144= 26.4%
