While I also think, or would like to think, that Woodford did not intend to try and take over NWBO, I have never understood why he decided to give the P5 report legs back in late November, early December 2015. It has long been my opinion that this move on his part was what really hurt the stock the most. It was from that point that the stock lost its footing, because it appeared that he had withdrawn his support if management. It was an error, I think, on his part, to make that public and he did with his - well, frankly stupid letter -that he filed with the SEC. It was just dumb, dumb, dumb.

By the way... who is Ms. Roberts? Do you mean instead Ms. &@%# Wolf from Ondra? Let’s remember that it was on Woodford’s insistance that Ondra be hired, and through them, the wolf entered the hen house. You can understand, I’d think, why LP would perhaps not want to put Woodford’s choice for a board member on the NWBO board right after that.

But, it’s water under the bridge now. Hopefully we’ll all start to be made whole somewhere at the 36 month mark.
