Totally agree, Rocket. This IS the toughest the company will ever experience and it is only a temporary situation. Future audits will be A LOT smoother going forward. Yep, the timing sucks but not a big deal in the overall scheme of things.
What I like is Roger steps up and lays it out to shareholders letting them know the actual facts taking place.

IMO this audit period (2015-1018)is the toughest he will ever experience. Now that the financial controls are in place and they are caught up, all audits will be easier.

This is a UNIQUE situation, not the norm. Future audit will seem like nothing compared to this
