IMO this audit period (2015-1018)is the toughest he will ever experience. Now that the financial controls are in place and they are caught up, all audits will be easier.

I dont disagree that they should hire someone, if they need it, but its normal for an uplisting audit to take this long. I have proven many times that it takes over a year: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=141552525

This is a UNIQUE situation, not the norm. Future audit will seem like nothing compared to this.
