Actually, I wasn't on board for the importance of the Cisco appeal. However the more I thought about it, the strength of the patent, which had the Cisco PTAB claims win, became very important. Not only for the claims, but the clean sweep of all the patents. That is the core patent, and a 100% win of all claims makes the other 2 stronger as well. Then when you consider all three completely valid, the case becomes impossible for the 13 to win. That should be what keeps us out of dealing with the trial, and counting money instead.
