Im definitely on board with this. And many of my family and friends would be as well.

Btw Zomby i understand your stance in reference to your reply to my last long message. I agree with it and enjoy your viewpoint. If the Cisco win stands up against our appeal then they have something to try to formulate a case around. However in my opinion, im not sure if you were one of those that had the opinion the Cisco win was vital to our case, but I think that would just mitigate their damages if it were an argument point for them. Each and every component of these patents that have been proved valid time and time again are neccessities to the data flow through these vital products. Regardless of their case to be made around that particular claim they are in a bad spot altogether. But I do agree the RPX and ARRIS obvious nonsensical delay tactics are not near as pertinent to our overall case as the Cisco appeal is.

Either way we are looking at a potentially historic settlement or damages rewarded in terms of sheer size of the industry our patents operate in. And one claim is not the deciding factor here neither is it a detriment to our general position in reward or settlement potential even if it holds up.
