They were somewhat careful. Change of control was "pending."
"a change in our control will occur pending successful execution of our Agreement."
They agreed on "terms to acquire," not actual acquisition.
"announced that it has agreed on terms to acquire The American Trucking Group/National Truck Funding"
But NTF/ATG weren't so careful. They make the deal look done
"Louie Normand Jr., CEO of ATG, said, “I would like to take the time and say how very excited we are to join the organization."
"Alan Walls, CFO of ATG said, “We are thrilled to be joining a team of diverse professionals at Central Wireless"
I looked at quite a few of the bk documents and never saw any indication that CWIR was involved in that process at all.
