question? what does it take to get the sec to suspend a delinquent filer? is there a super secret complaint hotline? we all know delinquent filers that have continued for years and yet other companies that have not been delinquent for as long have been suspended. is the process as random as it seems? for those of use that do not have cultivated contacts, what's the best way to bring the matters to enforcement's attention?
