Do you claim KJ was never "fairly heard"?

KJ issued press releases... up until he stopped.
KJ made facebook updates... up until he stopped.
KJ wrote twitter tweets... up until he stopped.
KJ was given months to respond to the SEC... up until he admitted 'no contest'.

He had, and still has, all the opportunity in the world to 'explain' or rescind his previous lies.

Better yet, he could have never made those lies in the first place.

Everyone deserves a fair hearing.
