Everyone deserves a fair hearing. Until all stakeholders and witnesses have there day in court with established rules of fairness at their collective backs.. .
Like I said I do agree to a certain extent with your conclusions.
Nor am I trying to convince someone away from what they believe. As we know from recent studies, despite overwhelming contrary evidence people will (far to) often cling to their beliefs.

Interesting you are categorical in your claims yet use (3) examples that had significant business activity.

Had a peak at KJ facebook btw. Perhaps, I didn't read far enough but see first three issue were concern for a untainted nominee, a lost child and charitable contribution - wtf?.
