Yes. Approval will be the final binary event. However, I am expecting major share price appreciation well before the results come in.

The market is forward looking, emotional and likes to value companies on future potential. You are talking about fundamental appreciation based on revenue which is an entirely different animal.

We will blast off well before that happens. Once people realize what is happening here, the splash in the pool will be difficult to hide.
