I know lawyers that are handling the VW emission scandal but the way
restitution is claimed is incredible , in that it doesn't matter if you were long or short , as basically the claims are settled on how big your positions was.
Of course this relates to a huge global case where the company were the scam artists ....
For my part NWBO are already aware I will sue key company individuals whether we trade 10 cents or $10 if any impropriety is uncovered.
Obviously there`s a lot more chance of a successful claim if we get to $10, but no matter what the outcome just as I attempted to sue that odious sinister windbag Feuerstein, I will pile significant resources into holding one or all NWBO officers to account.
2 years after an internal investigation that was supposed to last what 90 days?...maybe 6 months, that Linda herself PR`d and `promised ` a time frame, to still not have had a single solitary mention of it again is quite possibly the biggest single reason we are at 20 Cents.
Its hard to think of a reason why they could legitimately ignore the outcome to this investigation but at the same time if anything sinister had been uncovered it will have been a criminal offence not to tell us ..
The only thing they could hide behind is the fact the investigation was not SEC / Criminal or even a Civil investigation , and therefore I guess
they coudl say ` we stopped the investigation because we were short of cash ... etc etc blah blah ` I think that's the likely line when all is revealed
Everything points to the company hiding key information and praying for a miracle but everything could also point to the company knowing they`ve
struck a home run ..
In either scenario the one constant is the companies contempt for its share holders, that`s seemingly unwavering .
