He he. Spock is always giving honest, logical answers. I'm going back, reading all the post, making sure I didn't miss any critical observations. And making sure nobody made any money since the last filings, and they haven't.

Then Spock makes a phone call. And Otto responds, "what you describe is a scam company." And Spock replies, "Ordinarily, yes, I think you are right, BUT...no one is making a dime here. Somebody is forking out good money to keep it current, but no dilution happens EVER and there is practically zero fluctuation in the pps. Even the brokers aren't really making much of anything.

So, I cannot call it a scam if nobody is running away with dough...."

Yes, Spock, you are correct. And so is Otto. It's a scam in the making. The long con. IN MY OPINION. I like participating in scams, as long as I'm the mark an know I'm the mark. Or, it can be legit too. That's fine. Everything is a con. The entire market is a con. Trump saying the "market is rigged" to his base in primaries, then taking credit for a good stock market when he's elected. He's a con. Politics is a con. The world is a big con. Enron was a con. IPO's and the conflict of interests with investment banks -- con. Marketers -- Cons. Religion - Con. Clergy - Conmen. Carl Sagan -- Not a con. Very few thing in life are not cons. I love truth, and I love the long con. And the short con. As long as I'm the mark, and the con gets conned.

My experience: Herds love cons but find truth repugnant. And conmen love deregulation, and their flock votes for it. So, give people what they vote for. A good swift kick in the rear. They deserve it for being greedy, voting for their own self interests, and the cognitive dissonance they choose for themselves by choosin by freewill to associate themselves in the bubbles of their choosing. They are their own best con.

But I can tell you one thing for sure about Spock. He's not a con. He's a true Vulcan. :)
