Ordinarily, yes, I think you are right, BUT...no one is making a dime here. Somebody is forking out good money to keep it current, but no dilution happens EVER and there is practically zero fluctuation in the pps. Even the brokers aren't really making much of anything.

So, I cannot call it a scam if nobody is running away with dough.
