Do you believe that a public company should not have an employment agreement with it’s CEO or should it be run on a voluntary basis? Apparently your simple understanding of what is going on at Worlds is only coordinating with lawyers.
How did the MRMD position come about? How did the IPR fight and appeal get funded?
How did Susman get involved and who negotiated their contingency agreement?
Who is running future litigation technical and legal analysis and planning?
I guess you and the other disgruntled iHub board members believe you can do a better job or Worlds can just run on auto pilot and if the appeal ruling is positive then an employment will be appropriate on terms you determine are acceptable.
