Interesting Blockman. I recall the last 10-Q for the quarter ending June 30th which was filed with the SEC about the 22nd of August said production was anticipated to begin in December '06 or early 2007.

They will have to file another 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30th by no later than about the 22nd of November including the 5 business day extension, they can request. That's a little less than 30 days from now.

Possibly they will clarify their production schedule in the 10-Q coming out next month. If they were to say something like "we now expect production will not begin till about June, 2006." Many more will read that 10-Q than are reading this board, even though we'd like to think this board is so powerful.

The result of news like that being published in the next 10-Q would probably cause more selling of SVMI in the market, and the driving down of the market price of SVMI from what it is now currently, at 0.6 cents. Some of you, will now react "That's terrible!" but wait a minute, before you go emotionally, to the nearest window (LOL). Think about Cornell, they can buy a billion warrants from SVMI at a strike price of 0.3 cents, convert them to common shares and sell the common shares in the market for a profit, IF THE MARKET PRICE IS HIGHER. What incentive will Cornell have to do that if they can't make a profit on it? NONE, which is good for us common shareholders. Dilution is prevented before it can get started. And us common share holders will have more time to be able to load up "our boats" with more SaVi. You'll get more SaVi for the Dollar before things REALLY start to happen. What's there not to like unless you were counting on SaVi to buy your Christmas gifts this year? I can see the posts now, "My Christmas is ruined." LOL. Going with the flow of this, may enable you to buy the whole North Pole next year.

Now I understand why DFW said in a post to Blockman, he sold some of his SaVi at about 0.6 cents and "he plans to buy twice as much back at about 0.3 cents/share. Thanks for the clue DFW. Did you think, I'd get it this quick?

This also gives more time for one of those "certain things" to happen, like the opportunity of a China Deal finally becoming a reality. That would give SVMI "mucho deniro", to payoff Cornell Capital, fast. And then you can say goodbye to dilution, fast.

As long as they can hold out that long financially (Mr. Sweeney probably has some friends who can tide SaVi over nicely with some extra working capital), I say let 'em "break our hearts" with a revised estimate of when production will begin, in the next 10-Q. You have to read this message board and think "outside the box" to understand SVMI.

Now to all those experts who have said Cornell was "in the driver's seat" with SaVi, what do you say now? Not much!
