Exactly..

However, by all appearances there is still a little dilutive forces out there and every 1 Billion shares converted only removes about 100,000 in debt. That is the truly SAD part that management did nothing and continues to do nothing as equity in company is diluted immensely.

Nothing like looking out for #1.., poor CEO and CFO..
