You speak in the past tense "had". I would argue the company "has" a lot of good things going for it. Do I agree with all of management's decisions? No. But I've been blessed to have a enough wisdom to know I don't have all the variables and it's possible, if I did, I would have made the same decisions. What I do know is the company has a great idea, an immense, potential market, proved concept, patent pending, north of 5 mill. in the bank, name recognition, proof test pending, recognized tech. leader/speaker behind business development and technical affairs and the potential interest of several, large players in the market segment.
