I don't know if I agree with you on both ends. Yes, dilution is killer~! But, officers are flush with options that soon will become worthless....
Since inception, I was able to calculate just a little north of 20M hit their coffers. We know, we have 5.6 mil. in cash & Prepaids (Well as of the 10-Q). We spent $1.5M in R&D Expenses, $5M in marketing, $5M in professional fees,$1M in compensation and $1M in G&A. I would hardly call that lining their pockets. JMHO
