I understand what I posted from IR conversation did NOT clear up many facts.

IMO, he made a correct statement that there was no WMI Estate assets part of the merge, and they currently where not servicing any. BUT IMO they could be servising some for a "Trustee" and the true owners of that Trust.

Also he made it clear he sees no way for any share 4 value exchange as there was no Estate assets he knows of that where part of the merge.
