The lawsuit is not final until Sanzeri fully complies with MYDX terms, the terms are not fully disclosed, the only portion that the public can verify through each of the 5 months is that Sanzeri has paid the $1000. Any information provided by Sanzeri is not made public but the results thereof may be evident to the public.
