Court case is over...

There are no "Does"
There is no more case it has been dimissied with prejudice against Dewald and Sanzeri settled and agreed to pay 5K. This means that all Sanzeri is on the hook for is 5K. If he fails to pay all or any portion of the 5K, MyDx can go back to court to request the remainder of the unpaid amount, up to the total of 5K.

There is no more 29 milion dollars there is no more trial.

Please stop clogging up the board with misleading statements about the former lawsuit.
