Shareholder Update
TAMPA, FL (Aug 16, 2018) - Universal Tracking Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: UTRK) is a fleet management
GPS information and tracking provider. Universal Tracking Solutions’ current reporting status on Pink Sheets is
“Pink No Information”. The Company has not made a public disclosure since 2012. In 2016, Keith Tench
resigned from the Company and Don Quarterman was named CEO.
Mr. Quarterman has been working to bring Universal Tracking Solutions reporting status current. Mr.
Quarterman stated “I have been working diligently to update Universal Tracking’s financials and reporting
status. It has been a long road and I am finally getting close to accomplishing my goal of bringing the
Company’s reporting status current. I have organized the financials and prepared the disclosures. The final
step, prior to publishing the information, is to have it reviewed by legal counsel so that a legal opinion can be
released with the information. Once this is complete, we hope to bring Universal Tracking to ‘Pink Current
Information’ status. Moving forward, my plan is to rebuild the business and keep the Company’s information
current. There is not much else for me to report at this time, but I do plan on keeping shareholders up to date
as we move forward with rebuilding Universal Tracking Solutions. Providing current information is the first step
in trying to rebuild confidence with our shareholders.”
