UOIP patents own bonding channels (DOCSIS 3) to get high speed through cable's network (copper/fiber network). DOCSIS 3.1 modems are a tweak not a major change - it bonds more channels up and down to customer for 1 gb speed and it uses less energy (whoopee doo). STILL INFRINGING.


We may have to wait until 2nd Qtr 2019 but hope it is earlier (tomorrow would be OK) for UOIP to hit north of .20.
