I have been wondering the same thing Zomby.

I was thinking Arris would try to squirm out of this by adopting the DOCSIS 3.1.

I don't think they are off the hook though.

Somebody had to invent the 3.0 before the 3.1 could be implemented and ChanBond had done that long, long ago.

I guess I could settle for $3 to $5 Bucks per share.
