New on this kind of play - So this is a play to bring the company current and paying all the tax, etc. Is it typical to expect if an entity decides to bring everything current, then the price is going to move up (assuming good business model, etc)?

Also, I was looking at the link, it says amount due is $595,200...are you indicating this is going to be paid off?
