The is a $4,850 tax payment sitting in the Delaware SOS office waiting to get posted.

It just amazes me that investors get nervous and sell at a loss when the evidence is a clear as the sun that there are corporate actions commencing in the background.

A little bit of patience will pay off 10-fold. Certainly won't get that from a passbook savings account.

I check OTCMarkets.com on $GGII daily as well for corporate actions.
