Nidan with the clearance to start (2) of the (3) trials and them being precision medicine type one would surmise that this is the ripe time for an announcement of a manufacturing partnership AHEAD of the need for the distribution of the drug on a large scale.

"We organize and run the trials and you get the distribution and manufacturing lined up.....50/50 no?"

partnership of some kind(s) makes sense to me too.
