Seems to me if I were employed by Barrick in a senior administrative position and my firm had written off 5 to 6 BILLION DOLLARS on one of our significant projects, I would need and want to know why?????

What pray tell is Barrick telling its staff as to the reasoning of the departure from the Pascua Lama project in Chile?????

We can not mine because we do not own the claims we said we did and we dumped the tailings ponds into the mountain rivers to cover up and gain time to make a deal with the corrupt Chilean politicos to gain time to mitigate the legal losses!!!!!!!

If I were of any substance whatsoever as an individual,would I want to be employed by Barrick Gold Mining Corporation of Canada? What would I tell my children when they asked what I did for living. How would I feel when I cashed in my paychecks???///////
