I think the whole enchilada will probably get approved early, then it all becomes a P4 learning exercise. IMO that could happen before a P3 even begins, depending on strength of reaction.

Last time I checked they were still showing “recruiting” on the Aussie Clinical Trials website. Can’t wait for that to change. I’m sure there’s a few of us here hoping the clock will run more quickly than others.
