I think including the 20% is probably the P2b part, then the population will be recharacterized for the P3.


Why wouldn’t they undergo any re-characterization they would receive in the /3, in the 2b? And if not how would they be re-characterized?

I don’t disagree with you, it’s just I have no idea how any of this works but you asked me…
