Pretty much agree Time. At some point in all this Pixel has to come to the top of the pond. Whether that happens directly through Solaris or SPCL ends up just being the vehicle for the Pixel journey or part of it. That's always kind of been the rub here.
It was reported long ago that the previous Solaris owner hadn't or couldn't or wouldn't produce some of the financials. So that was a known issue and we don't know if it was ever resolved. Just saying that had to figure into Corpoates business decisions..... I haven't looked back yet....but I think there was a payment listed in an 8k for sometime fall 18 but I can't swear to that.....
Anyway..... there's still Solaris as a business here. Pixel Mags as a business here. And of course SPCL as a ticker.
There's a lot going on behind the scenes....there has to be! How Pixel moves forward is the bigger question.
For me it's worth stay rock solid and ready for the day that happens...... whatever happens with the ticker now is part of the journey....but I'm betting it will work out in the end.
I've only always had one speculation here. And, that's that at some point Pixel would take over Solaris. Now, that could be a fire sale. In the world of big business.....and considering the current struggles the simplest way would be to bankrupt Solaris and let Pixel buy them out......but that's just my opinion.
Time will tell! Only one way to find out and reap the possible benefits of whatever happens it to stay rock solid and that's what I am doing.... $SPCL
