Great post tons of facts little speculation. Let the people come to their own conclusions. Mine being despite the SEC temporary 10 day halt plans are going forward at a quickened pace. I believe the timetables are under pressure and has forced Corperate to get off the hook a and get on some paperwork. Good news for us, bad news for Corperates shorter vacation.
