I hadn't realized yet that the NNRX hijacking attempt was foiled.
I had been following CPOW and posted about how DeStefano was trying to hijack CPOW through the Nevada SOS despite the fact that CPOW had been moved to Wyoming years ago.
After DeStefano became aware of his error I pretty much expected he would abandon the Custodianship petition for the Nevada entity.
The Wyoming entity was reinstated at the end of June with DeStefano showing up as the VP and director and the old CEO, Michael Shenher, still listed as the president so I'm not really sure what's up there.
And yup Mark DeStefano and his attorney TJ Jesky got nailed by the SEC not too long ago
Shell hijacking (trying to steal a public shell from its previous owners) is a dirty business. And so is what often happens with the shells if they do end up successfully being hijacked.
There is absolutely no good reason that the SEC should allow zombie tickers to continue to trade once they have gone inactive. It's like leaving a rotting corps on the road to attract maggots, flies, and scavengers.
