Thanks and I understand your point.

I am not discounting or disregarding the share structure. My philosophy is simply that the number of shares does not matter, as much as the value of the company, it's products, potential future matters, etc., and that's what I take a risk and invest in. I believe, though I am a newbie to BIEL, there is a tremendous potential for huge gains, irrespective of share structure. even small gains now will be multiplied if and when we get to to a R/S. This is true, especially if you are in this for the long term, which I am.
