When BIEL is trading in dimes...EVERYONE will have a fraction of their shares due to the many reverses splits needed to get to a dime. Theres not a chance in hell BIEL gets to a dime under the current structure. Not a chance in hell.

As you can see this struggles to even see one cent and will. Believing in the unbelievable is a bad investment strategy.

25 Billion shares and $1.7 Million in total annual sales shows this is way over-bloated even here. And with the covering up of shares so investors cant see just how much dilution they have to endure.

This is a mess. Any movement over 3s, and we saw this to 5s, only are losing big time as it sits and has to endure a wall at 26.
