The WMI-LT dealt with the creditos of WMB and WMI, left the legacy shareholders of the soon to be reorganized Debtor (WMI), to be dealt with later. Please note, the Debtors in Possession offered shareholders shares in the "Reorganized Debtor", on a 75/25% basis, for their support of the POR 7!

Contrary to popular belief, that is not a violation of the "Absolute Priority Rule!
