8k's are filings -you said there hadnt been filings for several years- which means 3 or more years
amended 10k and 10q were filed may 2015
many many 8k's were filed after that,including the july 2016 8k re financials
the 2015 sec letter did not mention termination- i have multiple doctoral degrees including j.d. and 25 years experience in the so called justice system reading 100's of thousands of obtuse etc pages
and the sec letter always remained obtuse to me
i'm sure you must know that securities law is extremely specialized and localized -i've talked to many 100's if not thousands of attorneys and none of them were specialized in securities
in fact in my accounting economic and law degrees we learned nothing of substance re stocks -so its ridiculous for the sec to expect anybody but securities specialists to understand the import of their 2015 letter you referenced,which did not mention termination or revocation!!!
Imo. Do your dd before investing. I'm not a financial adviser nor compensated for my posts. They don't believe what they say, so why should you?
