The suspension WAS several years. The last filing was for the period ended March 31, 2015. 2 1/2 YEARS before the suspension.

NEWC also failed to respond to the SEC when they filed the Form 10. That alone should have been more than enough to warn investors this was heading to revocation. And that was way back in September 2015.

And in light of all the lies, most of which were publicly available for all to see on EDGAR, why in the world would anyone believe the CEO about anything, much less the obvious lies about the auditors?
