I dont know that much about Bob Jones, he is intelligent and proven technical ability. my problem, as I stated several times here, NASA is not an inspiration to business practices, they have been very inefficient in the past and spend way too much time on paper and redundency. but they do offer answers to hard questions and is a good source of technical knowledge, if you want results, the leader must come from that environment.
