I too believe your last line is correct.
Bob Jones is equally responsible for GTEM' predicament. Tim was not heading up the Sanswire programme, Jones was. It was his program that swallowed the ca$h and didn't deliver on the countless promises made to Huff, which were in turn communicated by Huff to us shareholders on countless occasions
I have a strong suspicion that is why Koury is rushing to patent whats been done so far to protect Globetel's IPR - which is exactly the right thing to do.
My next concern is 'what happened' to the sub-system tests that should have already started (if you believe previous NRs)- i.e motors & GPS controls, photovoltaics & batteries, telecoms etc. Were is all this kit, this is an integral part of the strat is it not?
Looking at the recent S2 photo, all we have (IMO) is a bare strat (gas management and superstructure).
What happened to 'testing' all the above subsystems? I hope we get an update soon
