UPDATED SHARE STRUCTURE & Further reason for SP APPRECIATION!!
Hey guys...Was able to get the updated share structure from Rory. These figures are as of 6/28 (yesterday). Yes, they are accurate. I'm a long and have an honest line of communication on rare occasions with Rory.

So, before we all jump to conclusions, let's do some math here...We had a float of 60,350,545 on May 15th and the float as of 6/28 is 77,239,179. That's an increase of 16,888,634.
The year end report shows Rory, Jeff, James and Mr. Reddy all holding 74,532,927 shares as officers. The current Outstanding is 152,905,815. So, after subtracting the officers and Reddy shares, that leaves 78,372,888 shares left. The float is roughly a million less than this.
This tells me one of two things. OCEANSIDE OR REDDY IS OUT (or a combination of both). Together they held roughly 20 million shares. my belief is Oceanside took their money after years of waiting.
Either way...this is great news as it appears the selling is dried up. If Mr. Reddy is holding all his shares, then Oceanside is done selling or down to almost nothing based on current float vs. what we know insiders own. We should continue to rise fast going forward as there are NO MORE LARGE holders like this left. I'm hoping they are out...better now than on next run up.
Another interesting thing here is the fact the Issued and Outstanding decreased a couple million shares. Maybe those of you with more securities knowledge could chime in?? Would the company maybe have bought back some shares? Maybe Cho and Amandulah's when they left? Just speculating.
